A Question about making a page

Hello I would like to ask

So I was writing this story for my free time and it's still the beginning of the series(still 10 pages in) but I would like to make a character page here.

So would I made the character currently which is Bos or should i made the character using the Eos? I have written down the character page for this Wiki

the problem is that his power didn't change,and to my knowledge Key is created if his power change (because of timeskip,training etc).So should i made key or not? I'm confused

If nothing changed in his Tier or powers between BoS and EoS, you don't need to split the page into keys, no
