How does Godsend negates conventional durability and to what extent does it prevent Regenerationn?

An answer would be very useful, thanks

Godsend was once the sword of Chaos, which had some hax IIRC, and hax ignores dura

Godesend Conceptually wiped Xenagos, so it negates everything but High-Godly
