A question about GIANTS

this doesn't belong to any verse i'm just asking

if giants (humanoid, ranging from 4.5 meters to 8.5 meters tall and 4 to 8 tons) existed in earth gravity, what would their Durability need to be in order to do human-level acrobatic feats? Stuff like backflips, jumps, pushups, and so on.

  • 4.5 m / 4 tons: (2.25 * 3628.73896 * 9.801) = 80021.86 joules
  • 8.5 m / 4 tons: (4.5 * 3628.73896 * 9.801) = 160043.72 joules
  • 4.5 m / 8 tons: (2.25 * 7257.47792 * 9.801) = 160043.72 joules
  • 8.5 m / 8 tons: (4.5 * 7257.47792 * 9.801) = 320087.44 joules
The name of the game is "potential energy"; instead, rather than their height, their center of gravity — half of their height — is used.

There's a certain gigantess calculator used by perverts that is surprisingly accurate in calcing energy. I recommend you search up Ready player one Mechagodzilla, it had a link to a blog with the accepted calcs in question and a link to the site in question. Good luck

Got it! Thanks

80021 joules = 80 kilojoules yes? Just making sure

So, Small Giants (4 tons, 4.5 meters) = Wall level

Large Giants (8 tons, 8.5 meters) = I think still wall level
