A Question About Earthquakes, Speed and Lifting Strength (Needs Answers)

It has been said that Loki from the Magnus Chase series (and mythology) caused earthquakes on Earth while writhing in his cave. Based on this, is there a way to calculate or estimate how much Ls Loki would need to have to cause, say, a magnitude 4 earthquake? Or is this only scalable to AP?

Also, can I scale the attack speed of a character who creates real/natural earthquakes to the speed of the seismic waves?
 
LS depends. Did he move the tectonic plates or did his screaming just cause seismic waves? As for attack speed, it's not exactly common for seismic waves to be added as an attack speed value, but I don't see why they couldn't be
