A Question About Death Phantom

So Death Phantom is currently rated at 2.277 Terafoe for becoming something akin to a black hole on a scale large enough to envelop the entire solar system. However, wasn't the entire threat in the manga that he would reach this size, which would mean "game over", and not that he actually was this size, already? He even states that he's going to do this, not that he's already done so.

It seems like characters are scaled to killing Death Phantom at a level he never actually achieved.

If I am mistaken, I would appreciate if someone could provide the scans, but I explicitly remember planet Nemesis being at the edge of the solar system. This is of course unless it had an explicit size upgrade. Thanks in advance.

Good:

• First, the Death Phantom declares that he can shroud the Solar System, I do not see anything that shows that it did not reach the size, he was going to do the feat after having Erase Usagi more, he declares that he would absorb "All the rest" (that can mean the universe) so I do not think its maximum size would be the SS and its size increases drastically (you will see below)
• The planet has disappeared from its Orbit
• the planet increases in size significantly, at the beginning of the arc, it has an unknown size but then a few hours later, it has a size that is larger than the stars and the characters are amazed at that
