A Question About BIG Layering

How can someone even have infinite/above infinite/unquantifiable layers for a hax/an ability? It just doesn't fit into my mind (I know I can go to the Hax Layer Evaluation thread to look up for the explanation as to why some verses go them but I'm NOT going to read 30 pages to try to find them).

Can someone explain how to get them/give examples, please?

• B&W used to be a pretty good example of this. So in the verse, you have Realms. Not like, Alternate Dimensions, but a system gauge one's power. The higher the realm, the stronger you are.

Bai Ge knew that he had seen through something, and that was his psychokinesis. Although it was powerful and could shatter the galaxy, it was still inferior to the power of laws and rules.
