Beheaded is far more versatile and appears to have a sizable starting AP advantage. Grounder's only win-con is petrification ray which can be dodged- something Beheaded excels at.

Due to regen neither can kill the other. So forced incon.
 
Actually, I read his regen as Mid-High, not High-Mid. Beheaded's attacks reduce enemies to paste so he should be able to overcome regen easily. My vote for Beheaded.
 
Isn't this a stomp grounder has no way of really defeating the beheaded and his best attack gets dodged easily ?
 
...no? Being easily dodged doesn't mean there's 0 chance of it hitting and it is an in-character win condition.
