Pedro would likely nullify Lisa's time reversal and her plot manipulation due to their passive power nullification of not normal things. From there it comes down to a hand-to-hand battle. Lisa is stated to be a regular girl and the weakest among her friends, while Pedro is discribed to be slightly stronger than an average person.
Giving this fight to A Normal Guy, because he would just disable Lisa's abilities and precide to overpower her with his slightly above average strength.
