You see... there's a friend of mine that wants to be part of the forum. The problem is that her account isn't working and when I try to look for her in the members, it says "This user's profile is not available."

I didn't have any problems with my account in the past, but could it be that I was in the forum when we were part of the Fandom. How do I help her to log in?

They likely haven't been approved by a bureaucrat (or was it Supermod?) yet. You should wait a little longer, and if not contact one of them
