Alrighty so Nora resists soul manip meaning Old Scratch can't just steal her soul. Otherwise, iirc he just goes for fire manip, which while Nora doesn't resist, she can block pretty easily with forcefields. From there, she can just weaken the Devil's defenses with light manip and probably just kill him with energy blasts considering she already has the AP advantage.
