General Blue also survived the feat he's scaled to basically unfazed, as he is later seen in the area and he suffers no injuries from it

While I know that Kingpin know Martial Arts too, I'm not sure how skilled he is compared to Goku at this point, who can learn Kingpin's style very fast and defeat him with a Kamehameha

Goku seems to have a tranquil win. I wouldn't call it a stomp, but Goku is far more versatile, is a bit stronger, fights very differently from anything Kingpin has ever faced but not vice-versa, he outranges and has a ridiculous LS advantage, to the point that if they grapple, Goku is going to be ragdolling him around.
