Is it possible to calculate speed based off of this? Like, do I take someone's speed and multiply it by a hundredfold, do I divide the timeframe by a hundred?
 
Swinging your sword a hundred times a second? I would calculate the distance you moved your sword and then divide that but 0.01 seconds to get the speed.
