While Griffith won't die due to fate chicanery, I vote that Joshua wins due to superior physicals (vampires >>> prehistoric megafauna is more impressive than Griffith ~ Guts > Bazuso > a bear, plus has very relevant level of regen and insane levels of supernatural willpower), as well as having some decently cracked AD that would allow him to match and/or surpass Griffith's level of skill
