A Few Questions About Void

1. It depends. Different stories may have different definitions of voids, but when we talk about voids in here, we usually talk about pure nothingness where there is no energy, matter, space or time.
2. Characters that can move in timeless voids are usually rated as infinitely fast due to being able to move without time. So, a character is not infinitely fast if the void does not lack time.
3. Characters with sufficiently powerful hax may be capable of this i.e. conceptual manipulators.

A realm can lack matter, energy, time, etc. without being infinite, so no it's not.
