A Dire Rat CRT (Bambu's Pain)

Aight a few minor additions and changes:

They should have all the powers of a Rat besides size due to them beeing oversized rats
Natural Weaponry as they use their bite in combat - Monster Manual 5e Page 327
Small Size should be changed to Varies between 4 feet to below - Monster Manual 3.5e Page 64
Further resistance to disease manipulation due to immunity to their diseases - Monster Manual 4e Page 219

Checking the 3.5e Bestiary it doesn't tells me anything about rat swarm or giant rats to be immune to disease (judging by the type of letter, I do not thing that is coming from that book). I'm good with the rest, although the sheet itself already accounts for resistances and senses.
