Not exactly,he can be killed by machete strikes to the head. So he is not invulnerable, plus Freddy Krueger who is just 9-C made him bleed quite a bit.

In the meantime, Brad has range via fireballs and can likely set him on fire for more damage. Also on a higher level of 9-B. Going with him.

Hmm, let's see

Brad has in it in raw strength and range, however, Jason has a few advantages:

Jason has resistance to extreme heat and fire, so that makes Brads Molotov's and fire attacks not as effective.

Illusion creation: Can make himself appear as a little boy, so that may throw Brad off guard, maybe even screw with him psychologically.

Regen, always regen with Jason. He's shrugged off massive holes being blown in his chest, and regenerated from it in a short amount of time. Brad's superior strength may make mince meat of Jason, but his healing will let him hang in there.

Brad's Berserk Mode can somewhat be countered by Jason's rage amping, but I'm not sure to what extent.

Jason has better movement via teleportation, so he could take advantage of that to close the distance between the two and take away Brad's range advantage.

Brad is FAR more skilled in combat, since he actually has a form of training compared to Jason who mostly relies on stealth and brute strength.

However, even if Brad can get past all of the aforementioned abilities and Regenerationn, once Jason's heart hypnotizes him into eating it, Brad's gonna be possessed by Jason.

Though that's all kinda pointless since Brad's most likely gonna get upgraded which turns this into a stomp. Though the heart thing still gives Jason an advantage.

Tl;dr Jason via versatility and/or possession
