A change to Xeno Goku’s Reactive Evolution justification

Xeno Goku has reactive evolution the reason being “Should be similar to Xeno Vegeta” which is a bad reason for RE imo but Xeno goku is just an older and game version of GT Goku so just put GT Goku’s reasoning for having RE with a better justification this is GT Goku’s Reactive Evolution (As a Super Saiyan 4 his body was able to memorize and defend against Eis Shenron's ice)

Gt Gokus reactive evolution needs clarifications to be honest, as it is shown to work he gains resistance to techniques he has already experienced once greatly reducing their effectiveness on him even when they come from foes stronger than himself as shown when he took Omegas Dragon Thunder, Whirlwind and Ice ray.
