I vote to the Turtle. In terms of AP and durability, Butterfly is >80.93 kg of TNT [High-End] while Turtle is >90.12 kg of TNT, so Turtle has minor advantage here. In terms of LS, Butterfly has huge advantage. However, I think Turtle's "Resistance to Perception Manipulation, Fear Manipulation" is useful when countering illusion. Turtle's Pressure Point allow him to have fatal blow while his healing and Low-Mid Reg [Despite Low-Mid Reg is slow] allow him to survive longer. While the Butterfly can throw projectiles, Turtle can deflect them, especially when the Turtle knows Japanese ninja weapons. ("deflecting enemy projectiles such as gunfire, shuriken, and even laser beams") In terms of Stamina, the Turtle takes this according to their profiles. Personally, I think the result is "leave him seriously injured" but still takes the victory.

Counted but keep in mind that Lady Butterfly's illusionary butterflies negate durability and home onto Leonardo, and also has string manip that can keep her at a good range. As well as her illusions that can physically harm Leonardo, as well as superior mobility with her strings and acrobatics. Leonardo has an AP advantage, but Lady Butterfly has an equally dangerous arsenal to make up for it.
