a bag of bones tries to swat a fly

Sans is a dodging expert and Bugby's only good attack seems to be a transmutation ray which is a SINGLE ray. Sans dodged Chara's knife over 20 times which is a single attack. Sans can surround Bugby with Gaster Blasters and win.
 
Sans slams the bug into the ground before stabbing it with millions of bones.

That's about it. I vote Sans Low-diff
 
i mean it shouldnt be a stomp, bugby can win, it will just be very difficult, but vote counted.
 
vote counted and amnesio doesnt have mindhax, he can erase memories if someone looks into his eyes and even thats reversable.
 
Yeah, but, the conditions needed to restore his memory is so out of left field for Sans, that it'd be a victory by incapacitation.

Regardless, it can be discussed if the match is made later.
