im not sure their ap (as far as i know bonnie's baseline, along with every other fnaf character) but those advantages alone should be give him this.

The 9-B rating comes from how almost every character is capable of crushing the human skull (Which is at the very least 34 Kilojoules but I think the characters scale to 105 Kilojoules iirc) as well as scaling to Springtrap, who can survive being set on fire (Which is 26.5 Kilojoules)
