Gale Weathers kicked Quinn Baley into a table, fragmenting it. This was calced at Wall Level above. Here, it was agreed upon that the approved rating would be "9-C, at most 9-B".

Those who scale to Gale: Billy, Quinn, Charlie, Nancy, Amber, Roman, Sidney, and Tara all directly harm and/or takes attacks from Gale.

I'm fairly confident that everyone with profiles eventually scales to either Gale or Quinn

Ethan and Wayne should be comparable to Quinn due to the nature of Ghostface

Sam and Tara scale to them, which wraps in Richie and Amber

Gale scales to Sidney, who fights just about every Ghostface

Dewey is there somewhere I'm sure

Interestingly, I found a scene where a table of some sort is fragmented by Wayne Bailey, though this is scales to durability alone. A majority of the table is wood. So, Wall Level durability is solid.

Also, according to the website, which had the same table in the Gale vs Quinn fight, the glass is made of tempered glass. So this makes the feat all more impressive. I'm not sure if that was taken into account in the calc.
