Match Rules:​

• Speed is equalized
• All optional equipment is allowed that is up to 9-A
• Takes place in the center of Gevena at Sunrise
• 70 meters starting distance
• No Prep nor Prior Knowledge
• The city is abandoned for these matches so no outside help
• BFR, Death Manip, and other passive One-Shot Hax have been mostly banned

Mateo starts by shooting arrows at his opponent before using any of his magic skills and the only magic skills Mateo can use in his 9-A key are his Support Skill, Fissure Shot, Arrow Barrage, and Stun Arrow.

I think doomguy takes this. He has lots of experience dodging projectiles so he can probably maneuver around the arrows. He's a lot smarter, he has a 2.5 Ap advantage, and he also dominates in CQC.
