So Saki does not AP stomp.

On the other hand, Kurumi clocks at 141.973263 m/s and Saki clocks at 31.87962114 m/s so Kurumi does not speed blitz.
 
Kurumi is not wall level.

Just her street level is so high she is not AP stomped by a wall level.

Kurumi have the range, speed and experience fighting; also while she is likely 3 times weaker than Saki, she is still able to make damage in her so voting Kurumi
 
Once the verdict is made everybody is jumping into the train.

Question: Would you think the verdict would change if (a) speed is equalised (currently Saki does not AP stomp nor does Kurumi speed blitz tho) and/or (b) post-training Saki is used (This case Saki's AP is ~7.5 times stronger)?
