probably would be "at least low 7-B" since that's the weakest form of destroying a baseline mountain

It depends entirely on the size of the mountain, I've seen mountain feats be as low as 8-A

Just a heads up; mountain and hill are two different things; and it also depends on severity of the destruction method. Most mountain busting feats are like Low 7-B though yes.

Speaking of which, why are hill feats so rare, they are basically weaker mountain feats that may be 8-C/8-A while still looking 7-A, they sound perfect for nature settings and stuff.
Reminder, in order to get even low 7-B you need to fragment the entirety of a minimal mountain, so even that's unlikely, since mountains tend to either be destroyed partially or pulverized/vaporized so the animators can just avoid drawing debris.
If there is a visual feat, pixel scale to find the mountain size and use one of the destruction methods, if it is simply a statement, is probably "at least low 7-B".
