This was in the Boo Camp DLC, seeing as we consider Outrealms to be canon, the DLC along with them should be as well, this should scale to every character in FE 1 - 5, Awakening, Fates, and Echoes characters via power scaling, Mountain level AP and Dura

Note: This is VERY serious, hence the reason why it's not Fun and Games
