I would say that he has some Superhuman speed because at the end of the game he has a : «faster than any rat shot or cats speed »
In terms of AP,I actually found something that could be calced.He can,with a katana,cut in half Iron blocks slightly bigger than him.He also has access to a rainbow blast who can one shot 3 of these.Here’s what the gameplay looks like.
