Cho-Jigen:
This argument is based off of kanji and it’s meaning presuming Hades truly created the hyperdimension, the kanji for it is “Cho-Jigen” which can translate to “beyond the order of dimensions” or “beyond dimensions” or “beyond dimensionality”
Transcending human knowledge:
In next dimension, Odysseus, the 13th Gold saint is stated to be beyond human knowledge. Now obviously human knowledge consists of the idea of things that exists such as time, space, matter, etc etc. This would mean Odysseus transcends the concepts that humans can perceive and think of.
8th sense = outer
In Lost Canvas, Ilias states that every living being can reach the 8th sense. Ilias states that your cosmo can overcome the concepts of space and time and transform itself into miracles. Cosmo is stated many times throughout almost all installations to be able to generate miracles. Cosmo is the source of power for most characters in the series meaning all 8th and 9th sense users can be scaled to outer, AP wise.
9th sense = Outer
So basically more wise, Chaos should be the nothingness that existed before the Universe and the Big Bang which created space time. It’s stated that the “power of Chaos” created all of the forms of the universe, not in the universe meaning all forms including abstract are generated from Chaos. Now by “a” definition of the term “form”, you can say that the term refers to the way things exist whether they’re physical or abstract etc. Anyways this would mean Chaos himself existed before every concept and basically everything as he’s the void of non existence. With his power he created every physical and abstract form to ever exist.
Deathmask = Outer
In Saintia Sho, Deathmask is stated to be not bound by anything.
Concepts above concepts:
“In an interview”, Kurumada states that there’s things in the Hypermyth he didn’t include and he goes on to talk about Chronos. He says Chronos is a God that is above all abstract concepts.
