2 Questions Related to Regenerationn

First question: Can Radiation Manipulation bypass Regenerationn?

Second question: Do Regenerationn ratings have degrees/potencies? As in, if you get Mid-High for regenerating from being incinerated at most (reduced to ashes), does that mean you can also regenerate from being vaporized (turned to vapor)?

Dunno about your first question but my guess is that it can work on some levels of regen

Yes. A character who gets mid-high from being turned into and recovered from ashes will only regen from that kind of damage and anything else less potent than that like decapitation.

I was thinking that because Radiation Manipulations messes with the opponents on a scale higher than Biology, it would have some relation to any Biology-based Regenerationn.

yes in some cases it could ruin some Regenerationn higher regens like godly wont be affected but some lower ones might though its a case by case basis thing
