Now in character bc they're both good pure of heart characters they won't be off the rip trying to kill one another, Ruby would hold back like not use her weapon unless March has hers on her and you know, not use her deadly abilities

Also Ruby will mix Ultra Instinct (the technique) with Ultra Synergy too

Here's some of Ruby's abilities that can help Ruby

Acrobatics (Enhanced Condition & Hypermobility: Ruby constantly jumps dozens of meters in the air unassisted and spins around so quickly and frequently that she is just a red spinning blur whenever she fights. Same with falling, every student at Beacon is taught to have a proper landing strategy in their first active field training mission[1][2]. All-Terrain Mobility: As shown in the fight against the Nevermore[3]. Also the ice fights against Team ABRN[4] and the Colossus[5][6]. Self-Momentum/Inertia Manipulation: With Crescent Rose. Surface Running: Same reason as All Terrain Mobility. Plus she has a few instances of running on walls[7]. Mid-Air Jump: With Crescent Rose)

Speed blitz amp isn't a choice since it's speed equalized and the standards don't allow you to do that
I think March could shoot the arrows to the sky for the teleportation part

I mean personally it depends if Ruby would activate her Ultra Instinct technique in Ultra Synergy or not from the get go

Also swapping between Ultra Synergy to Ultra Instinct there is a delay someone can take advantage of

If she's not consistent about dodging March's projectile then it's probably inconclusive or March takes this, since it's required for Ruby to be on Ultra Instinct at all times simply because one projectile from March kills her immediately

Basically Perfected Ultra Instinct is Ultra Instinct at its peak performance

Ultra Instinct in Ultra Synergy is the technique however it's a lesser version of Perfected Ultra Instinct

It's still really good given its still Ultra Instinct but enhanced from when it was in the Granolah Arc

While fighting Granolah, Goku is overpowered in his various forms, even while combining the principles of Ultra Instinct with Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan Blue.
