so death should have the AP advantage given he apparently massively upscales his value, but lycaon also has a ridiculous LS advantage

i think in a similar vein to his fight against puss i would probably say death is more skilled but lycaon is skilled enough to the point where he isn't getting completely skill mogged. death also has a lot of tricky abilities but he doesn't really use them directly in combat, or at least he didn't use a lot of them while fighting puss during the climax of the movie (i.e. never used his teleportation mid-fight, didn't actively use his fire manip outside of creating the arena during their last fight, etc etc.)

lowkey feel like lycaon might just LS diff here again. LS gap would make disarming death extremely easy and from there i think lycaon definitely just outskills him in pure H2H combat (or i guess in this case leg-to-hand combat). ice manip would also be constantly hampering death down and lycaon also could just go for a blitz with his speed amp

i think the only tricky thing would be whether or not lycaon could reliably incap/KO death. pinning him down with the LS gap would be very easy but death could hypothetically TP out (even if he's never been shown doing that, but i assume he would obviously just TP if he was getting restrained like that). KO might just be a bit tricky cause of death's AP advantage but i think lycaon could do it, especially given he's going to take the fight seriously from the start whereas death would likely mess around a bit more before getting serious later down the line. lycaon's ability to amp his speed also gives him a reliable way to dodge attacks and go in for attacks before death can react, and if lycaon manages to disarm death that's just going to make pummeling him a lot easier

siding more with lycaon here but i might wait a bit to see if there are any death supporters before setting my vote in stone
 
Lycaon has the AP, LS, and skill advantage over Death. This is added on to the hax advantage.
Confidently giving it to Ly, low-mid diff.
 
i believe the grace period for this has ended so this should be good to get added to both characters' profiles

mb i probably should've specified, i posted the matchup on lycaon's profile but death's profile is locked (i assume because of said vandalization) so i can't post it there. i did put in a request to get it added though
