Can Godzilla even tag Hulk who will start with some crazy leap towards him and engage in close combat the moment he sees the big monster? He already has a hard time tagging someone like Kong, who is around his size now imagine someone that is tens of times smaller with a smaller surface area and can cover up to 800 meters in one leap (thats bigger than Godzilla Earth, and here's a comparison between Earth and Monsterverse Goji)

Would he even try that tho? The moment Hulk sees Godzilla he will just go "big monster" and jump towards it to beat it, it would be way before Godzilla has time to charge an atomic breath

Speed equal. He'd have to cover much more distance than Goji just raising his foot and stepping on him

Damaging the guy that held onto a 800 meter fire giant, whose passive heat can melt copper is not gonna work that well

Also Goji will be more than fine if he blasts himself with his Atomic Breath to get Hulk off of him since the single dorsal plate from another Goji can withstand several ABs from with no issue since they both can absorb radiation, something we know this Hulk is only somewhat resistant to since his arm got totally screwed by reversing the Snap despite it being the same radiation that made him the Hulk.

On with the match, I can very easily see Goji winning. One blast or a good tail smack would just end it immediately because of his oneshot scaling to Papa Muto.

he used nuclear pulse against Muto Prime, it was just smaller and not the bloody nuke that was the Burning Godzilla one. Basically he has an easy way around Hulk clinging to him.

I guess there's still like, a 0,1% chance Hulk manages to run enough circles around Godzilla to tire him out but it is a low LOW chance. If others don't agree on this being a stomp then Godzilla FRA.

Matter manipulation is an extremely broad ability that encapsulated many different feats. Nothing in the relevant scan implies durability negation. "Quantum states" is an actual scientific concept, not some magical Deconstruction attack.
