Edit: I thought about and I think Dino wins. Dino’s hax pretty much renders Grey Fox’s skill and AP advantage mute. Pop DT and just combo Fox into oblivion, there’s literally nothing Fox can do against DT Dino other than getting the first hit (Which is likely going to happen since Donte is a dumbass)

Donte doesn't pop DT as his first move and he would have to be aware of where Fox is to decide to use it which he wouldn't because the latter is practically undetectable.

Most of his hax here aren't really even anything truly noteworth enough to be called hax anyways I'd say he has abilities for sure but not real hax that will make this a wash in one side.

Fox isn't gonna be in an astral form so NPI is useless
He's certainly not gonna erase Fox's memories (something he never does in character and we only see performed 2 people given the scans on the profile neither of which are Dante)

His time slow isn't even actual time manipulation, its super speed and heightened perception but Dante doesn't pop DT right away ever even in the final fight against Vergil, although he did spend the entirety of the second phase of their fight in DT canonically to overcome the blitz gap vergil had over him

His other hax are just like being able to teleport or some of weapons creating like fire or explosions and shit nothing too wild, that's really about it so the fight is still very possible and not one sided at all

Even then Dino has Homing Attack in the form of Kablooey (Hate that name), pretty sure Aquila also has that ability too with the “Buy In” combo, also Dino has fought enemies before that can disappear from sight and move really fast which are Dreamrunners. Yeah Dino would struggle, and I think the HF Blade and stealth is the only win con Fox has, but he has many ways to keep Fox at range with his guns and Aquila and his guns and then eventually pop DT and combo Fox into oblivion.

For this fight, I think a lot of people subconsciously attribute the original Dante's most basic abilities to Donte, such as his hard counters to stealth and at least some of his deadly hax, none of which Dino has.

In short, Donte El Dino has two major problems to face.

For the HF Blade, he only has his speed amp, which he doesn't open with, as a counter to the HF Blade which is Fox's basic weapon. Other than that he has a Low-Mid Regeneration which is more of a check than a counter. Fox's skill also makes this far less reliable.

He also doesn't have any solid answer to the stealth, which in turn can be used as a check to his speed amp allowing Fox to hide until the speed amp runs out.

It seems to me that Fox likely takes this.

Yeah, Fox takes it FRA. The only way Donte is winning is DT off the bat, which he really doesn't do unless he feels that he/someone close to him is in real danger. His blade can't negate the HF Blade, so I'll give it to the Fox Mid-Diff.
