Pyro due to his wide arsenal of ranged weapons and the fact he could literally just W+M1 Noir to death. The Tear Gas won't effect him because of the gas mask and the only thing he's got going for him is smoke. Pyro has experience with people around his level tryuing to be sneaky and he generally bodies them. Spells and power ups just give him an even bigger advantage against someone whose comparatively barebones.
