If Misato uses the gun it is just a stomp
If restricted, i pretty sure a high officer major how could deal with at least one of SELLE elite assassins on pure melee would win against a somewhat above average geek that can trade blows with low level criminals and some police officers
Maaaaybe considering Misato "affinity" with teenagers she could go easy and create an opportunity for Dave to use the electrified baton, but this is the only win condition i can think off
