Yang vs bakugo (birthday special match)

Because the both of them are now large building level+ and it's Yang's Birthday today it's time to do this

Speed is = and both are large building level+ (yang after her atlas upgrades, but before the training time skip Is being used) (however I will use the baseline city block level bakugo if it's becomes unfair)

Yes, as their tiers won't change anytime soon so might as well and weekly isn't here, they are now both large building level+, yang has a 4 times amp however she needs to take hits

So yeah this is fair now I believe

Yang's ap: at least 6.935 Tons of TNT and 13.87 Tons of TNT with her semblance

Bakugo's AP: 8.12 Tons of TNT

i vote Yang if She can use her semblance she have to take some hits from Bakugo wich she can thanks to the Aura and when she will activate it she will overpower Baguko
 
Yang has advantage in reach and lifting strength, and Mid-Low regeneration and force field would be very useful for her.

Well, my stance on the match hasn’t changed:

Bakugo outsmarts and wins with his versatility and far more reliable mobility.

She can become stronger than him sure, but he’s the one whose attacks are going to be blasting her in the face 24/7. Any ranged attacks from her can be blocked by his own explosions, but it’s not true vice-versa. Her ranged options aren’t even slightly worrisome compared to what Bakugo had to face when fighting Nine with his tracking energy beams, which he blocked with his explosions.

Yang has no counter to Stun Grenade blinding her so Bakugo can get tons of hits in that will eventually break her Aura and start making her lose.

She beats him in cqc but he fights from short-mid range, so she has to catch him through his flight, which is way better than her own gauntlet propulsion since he has far better feats than her with it.

He has his own stat amps with his explosions getting stronger over time, his Howitzer Impact and his Gauntlets, so it’s not like he’s stuck dealing the same damage.

Her Semblance is worrisome, but not fully, because she saves it all for one big attack. Even if it connects, Bakugo has the stamina to keep fighting through it since it’s not high enough to one shot, and that’s assuming it lands through his flight and Stun Grenade.

Lastly, he’s way smarter than Yang. He’ll figure out her fighting style and options easily and would play to his own strengths while avoiding hers. She’s skilled in combat, but she isn’t exactly an analytical person, and definitely not to the degree of Bakugo.

Bakugo takes this one after a lot of blasting.
 
Even more on her Semblance:

She, in this key, uses it only for a big attack, rather than super saiyan mode for volumes 1-3. So she’d only use it when she has a clear shot , and then it’s gone, and she’s low on aura from taking damage to use it.

Bakugo’s stat amps are permanent. He gets stronger the more he sweats, and he sweats the more he fights.

Yang isn’t strong enough to one shot him with her Semblance, so he’s going to get back up and start blasting her with his amped explosions while she’s nearly tapped. When her aura breaks, there isn’t even much left for her to do since that’s a large portion of her stamina gone as well.
 
If you look at deku vs bakugo 2, nine vs bakugo round one

Bakugo sometimes fights CQC however it is true he mostly likes blasting his foe at Mid range. Also can't yang just get back up and keep fighting and run at bakugo and amp her speed with her weapons, semblance to actually keep up?

He fights cqc against Deku because he wants to, his relationship with him is strange af.

His fighting style is “get in, blast, get out” most of the time, but he has and can adapt it, as shown with how he handled All Might and again with Nine.

If he can’t get in close, he sticks to mid range and spams AP shots. He will occasionally go in with his explosions to blast people from multiple angles, like he did vs Class B, but again, that’s just not a level of mobility Yang has displayed the ability to keep up with consistently while getting blasted.

She could just use her weapons to move faster to dodge or at least take less damage from his blasts though
 
Also the power gap isn't that big this time so can't yang just take a lot of punishment and try to attack him after he is done blasting his explosion and try to attack him before he fires any more

She could, but now she’s trying to compete with his own mobility. She is not winning that contest.

Bakugo would realize her method of mobility is similar to his own, and would just start blasting her out of the air or reading where she’s going to be. Their methods of pseudo-flight are near identical, but Bakugo has a far better grasp on it

The power gap never mattered, it’s a matter of him constantly attacking and running her out of Aura. He has higher stamina while her’s is tied to her aura and how much she can take.

Bakugo doesn’t only shoot one explosion though, and as he’s shooting them, he’s already moving for the next one. He can fake out explosions and blast her from different sides, or just straight up blind her with stun grenade. Her chances of getting hits on him go down dramatically the longer he fights her, because he learns more from her fighting style than she does him.

It’s a difference of versatility and intelligence.

Also, that AP goes both ways. She isn’t hurting him much with singular punches or kicks either, and he can take way more punishment than she can for longer.

Yeah, it’s not like I’m saying he’s winning untouched. He’s going to get his shit rocked a couple times while he tries to figure her out, and a Semblance punch is probably going to have him thinking of All Might shoveling the pavement with his face.

He just wins out overall since his limit is beyond Yang‘s own, and he has the intelligence and abilities to push her.
 
Oh... **** I gotta revert my edits then cuz I removed the 4x from her AP as well as from Flynt cuz I thought they were both invalid now
