What does that have to do with anything, are tou talking about luffy harming kaido? That's after his haki training so he knows the advanced application, before WCI he only knew the hardening.

Mobility- Iron man although luffy can follow him in the air in g4
close combat- Luffy and his observation will help even more although Tony can read attack patterns with edith and give him a counter strategy
versatility- Tony via missiles lasers weapon creation magnets ice spray forcefields etc
stamina- luffy as tonys nanotech gets weaker the more it has to regen

Anyway, I think Luffy should take this due to speed amps, far superior senses, and stamina. Tony can survive for a bit with nanotechnology regeneration, AP/Dura advantage, versatility, and his saving grace is intelligence/edith. But I think the advantages above may be too much for Iron Man

Tony has a decent intelligence advantage and with Edith he should be able to analyze his fighting style which could help him out a bit

Luffy's observation haki and combat intelligence is better... Haki gives you Information Analysis also luffy would hear Edith and sense Tony's intentions

Luffy has better senses, but in intelligence wise Tony is an extraordinary genius, although while Luffy can sense Edith, Tony can analyze Luffy's senses as well

Tony can't analyze luffy's senses what? Also Tony has nothing to hurt luffy with... Luffy is rubber and Tony can't analyze armament haki... Blunt attacks won't work and piercing/cutting won't work...

Mostly or all of Tony's attacks are resisted... Tony won't have time to find a way to hurt luffy.. If there even is one but that's what it seems like
