Bee goes onto his full tailed beast form and stomps. The only win con pain has is soul RIP, but I think Bee would one shot first.

Bee wins this battle. His V1/V2 transformations and Full Tailed Beast Form are vastly more powerful than anything that the Six Paths of Pain can deal with. Even Nagato's Chibaku Tensei could probably be broken out of by Killer B, since Gyuki is the second most powerful Tailed Beast after Kurama. Naruto was able to win against Nagato just using Sage Mode, and Kurama with Eight Tails was also able to break out of the Chibaku Tensei. If this was Prime Nagato, maybe things would be different, but as it stands, I don't think that the Six Paths of Pain stand a chance against Killer B.
