Yes. Regardless of how much they destroy in a 2-dimensional scale, they'd still remain 11-A.

tiers 11, 2, 1, and 0 are alot broader than the other tiers because they refer to a number of Dimensions different than our own so we have no idea what the specifics of them really are besides just them. for example we dont have anything to be like, a four dimensional wall verses a four dimensional buildinig, and since fiction really only goes in depth about 3D stuff it doesn't really get in the way of things
