How does one calc the volume of a pyramid with three sides but one of the sides being a different length than the others?

The volume should stay the same no matter what. All you need is area and height
If by pyramid with three sides he means a triangular pyramid, then the formula for the base will be the area of a triangle, while that calculator is for the volume of a square pyramid, whose base is gonna be the area of a square.
 
neither work because, as i said, the sides are different. It's like a triangular base but with an obtuse angle, making the sides, for example, x, x and 2x
