100 Full Cowl Deku (Movie Spoilers!!!)

We can't add anything from the movie till it gets released here (Blu-Ray), it was the same for the Two Heroes movie too.
I thought we were talking about 100% (Not Full Cowling), scaling to Low 7-B. (Which I agree with)

We are. No movie feats can be added until blu ray release (as said above)
The main point of this is: Deku should scale fully to Remnants of OFA All Might, which would make him Low 7-B. Further character scaling would ensue after this.
