I think i might go with the Fencer here, he seems more skilled and experienced, and is also a better fighter. his Immortality (Types 2 and 7) also gives him a good advantage over Bateman.

yeah, bateman doesn't have much options to put the guy down unless he saws the fencer in half, which Fencer can easily dodge.

I believe Fencer should win most of the time in quality of being an undead and thus not prone to tireness and pain, plus he seems overall better fighter. Also, "10-A, likely higher physically", isn't the 10-A rating supposed to be physically? Talking about Bateman.
