two big mfers just so happens that one is way bigger. Speed equalized because otherwise there's a blitz on our hands. Fight starts with each combatant 20 meters apart.

alright, so chibeara has a subsetical ap advantage, since its much stronger than enemies who have an almost 2x feat to Jumbo's.

Chibeara does also have the range advantage, though it doesn't matter too much since jumbo's much bigger size help close that gap.

I think a big factor here is to consider the two's backgrounds, Jumbo Josh is the big fish in a small pond, he has no experience fighting anyone on his level, meanwhile Chibeara directly showed combct prowess against a comparable (Chelshia) and being considered one of the hardest fights in the game.
