V was ready to meet Creedy, as he negotiated this meeting for (spoiler) reasons, but what he saw was a surprised girl with a blade, as little as she is with her appearance of about 10 years old, with blood spilled both from Creedy, from a man with a sack in his head whose identity V thinks he knows, and from more than 5 heavily armed guards, and knows if he's not quite careful, his will be the next blood to give more color to her clothes and sword.

Spoiler: Tldr

V and Arya are both 9-C, V's explosives are (quite obviously) restricted and so are Faceless Men's (as Nymeria isn't here and there are no animals in this facility, Skinchanger's are also, afaik)
Battle is where is the last fight in the movie V for Vendetta (a subway with some pillars, low illumination, and some debris)
They have no line of sight (they're both hidden behind a pillar) and are 6m apart

Alright, I had to change the OP as it would be a stomp cuz Arya only needs to see to use her mind manip

Now that they have no line of sight, it's all depending on how reliant Arya is on her Mind Manip/if it's her first move

If it is, V's dead. He doesn't deal with anything of the sort

If it isn't (as it doesn't seem to, since her profile does not indicate so), V prepared for the revolution for 20+ years, meaning he's more capable in Stealth, fighting and everything...but he wouldn't hurt a child, if he doesn't see her as a major threat for him (which she ain't in appearance) and as he's extremely capable in Social Influencing, he would be able to convince her to talk about what's going on and would end up in an Incon (as he turned out to be alive, maybe he'd end up adopting her lol)

So imma add myself as a voter for Incon, FRA
