    This guy is stated to be Wall Level but it doesn't make any sense when his AP states directly "Outsider's attacks are superior to bazooka missiles in damage". According to here it's 6.65 mJ converting to kJ is 665000, and that converting to Tons/Tonnes is about 0,1589, which would mean at least...
