    How to calculate this feat? (Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor)

    So the feat is performed by Glenn Radars from Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Academy. How would you calculate it? I don't really have a clue on how to exactly find the size of the explosion and what destruction value to use for this. Would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me out.
