    With all of the Pokemon threads going on, I decided to make my own. I propose they all should be high 7-C through scaling to Charizard. A mirage Entei stomped Charizard, who is at least 7-C, likely higher. The real thing should be stronger, and the other two scale.

    Ok so I have a suggestion. Instead of basing Raikou's speed on a NarutoForums calc based on game mechanics for the roaming Legendary Beast trio, Raikou's speed should be equal to the speed of lightning. Even the NF blog where Raikou's Mach 170ish speed comes from admits that the PokeDex entry...
