    Battle of the Green Energy Girls - Buttercup (Powerpuff Girls 1998) vs Tornado of Terror (One Punch Man):

    Speed Equalized. Tornado (Low 6-B) has range and power, but Buttercup (At least 6-C) has a wide variety of abilities and is far more versatile. Though would it be too much of a stomp due to Tornado's tier? If so, what about using 6-C Tornado?
