    Stealth is a skill and not an ability. I doubt Batman will use stealth, but if he does, i'm pretty sure he KNOWS how to hide the light. He suit can also transform into a swarm of Bats so I doubt the red light is like something IMPOSSIBLE to hide.

    Thanks for proofing my point. Sometimes it takes him a whole day, sometimes it takes him minutes, sometimes he is required to reattach himself to regenerate. I don't see him as a liable source to scale a character's ability.

    Depends on the equipment. If it is their average equipment, I would leans toward Panther. If it contains prep and their best tech, I'd lean towards Bats.
