Misaka 2% is only in the first phase of her level 6 Shift. Gensei stopped measuring her power after the first phase. Now the challenge is to measure Misaka's power during phase 3 of her level 6 Shift (her strongest form so far). Fiamma, a 5-B tier character has managed to do what Misaka did...
I'd give it to Misaka for both rounds (Pre-Level 6 Shift and level 6 Shift).
Pre-Level 6 Shift: Reason is that Misaka can control Electrons, not just lightning itself (basically meaning she can control Raikage's lightning as well). She has better versatility (can control the organs of...
Did u just state that the Raikage has greater intelligence than Misaka? REALLY? A person who outprocessed her world's best supercomputer, hacked into several supercomputers with her mind, and can pretty much predict the outcome of any battle... Seriously now...
This would cause in an imbalance in the omniverse... the whole space-time continuum will unravel... What will be left is the husk of the entity we call "reality".... everyone loses.....
I seriously do not think both parties do not have the capability of incapacitating each other.. I am very split on this matchup... it might end in a draw...
can the two of them even be incapacitated in this match up? seems like a farce to me :/ I mean.. lightning can't die, time just turns back whenever there is a game over screen :/... Presumably Shulk has a form of immortality too i guess :/
Yeah it gets very confusing when the author adds fictional elements to the story... Will it be somewhat closer to be Dark Energy then? or some form of antimatter? It would just take a huge amount of power/energy to completely overpower Touma's imagine breaker...
She can still manipulate iron sands, gravity manipulation, ionization, and combustion to fight if electricity doesn't work... Thinking about it though, her "Berserk" state may actually prove beneficial to her... The only reason why she doesn't use her other hax abilities is because she doesn't...
I also like that were talking about Luffy's "conductivity" when Misaka's main weapon is a railgun >.>... fml...She also got OP spidey senses, detonate molecules containing oxygen or hydrogen (or anything close to those elements for that matter) and can kill someone by making a tiny ozone layer...
it's electromagnetic "energy" it could be gass, nuclear, gravity, even baryonic. And as I said before.. she was Mindcontrolled through the Misaka Network
First of all... She controls electrons... Rubbers are conductors because they do not let electrons to move freely in the substance... Nothing is truly resistant to all forms of "electricity" or "heat"...Electromagnetic pulses are bursts of electromagnetic ENERGY... these energy could be...
She also has a very "Cheat" ability of targeting someone's organs and shutting them down at her will with Electro Magnetic Pulses... The tricky thing about facing Espers in the Toaru universes is that as an esper's power grows, their intelligence grows as well... In the case of Misaka, she can...
Well if we're talking about Luffy vs Level 6 Shift Misaka... Misaka would obviously win >.<... She was technically "immortal" because of the "Dark Matter" she infused herself during the shift... She created an Anti-matter ball.. powerful enough to "dismember" Touma's imagine breaker (Releasing...
Honestly, I just don't see Shulk winning this one... The only way Shulk can kill Lightning is by being more powerful that a Multi-Universal God (Bhunivelze)...
Hmm... This is a VERY tricky matchup... Reason is both parties can "remold" Universes... I actually do not know the answer for this one... Yes Giratina can be omnipresent, however, Lightning still has type 1, 3, and 4 immortality and it is near impossible to kill her >.>.... Now since Giratina...
The thing about all this is... yes they can just recreate universes as many times as they want... However, Rosalina is not immortal, Lightning can just literally wait for Rosalina to age and die... She can even speed up that time if she wanted to <.<...
Well, Lightning has a type-4 immortality (being the new Goddess)(Easily tanking a Hypernova)... She Killed Bhunivelze (Whom killed Mwynn, the creator of the universe)... And assuming full power being able to summon anything plus her hax time manipulation ability... I would give it to Lightning....
Well... If it is an all-out battle and since Bayonetta has the ability summon Omne, albeit not alone , she will do so, if the battlemaster allows (since it is a situational summon).
Bayonetta can summon Omne if she has both Eyes of the World... Considering that the Right eye has the ability to "awaken" Jubileus by itself, combining Both Eyes can provide Bayonetta the power she needs to summon Omne. And since she is both an Umbra Witch and an Angel, she can use both Eyes...
If Bayonetta only has the limit of summoning Queen Sheba, then it would be Samus' win. However, if it is an all out battle with both at their peak performance, and Bayonetta is able to summon Omne, then it would be Bayonetta's win. With these certain limitations, I belive it would be Samus' win.
