    First off, let's keep this civil. Secondly, it's been stated many times that Dragonball Manga and Dragonball Z are both canon, with Manga being primary source and Z being canon unless it's contridicted in the Manga.

    Personally, i agree with the second approach as well, literally for the reasons Matt states. It does appear to be more consistent with the series. In my experience, if the power/speed/etc is suddenly a huge gain, it might be worthwhile to consider it an outlier.

    Realistically, TLoP is acasual as well, i just haven't gotten around to doing the abilities and powers for D&D since the recent upgrade. She has and always will exist, even after Vecna was going to destroy the infinite multiverse and create a new one on top of it.
